Parental Consent Information
Fastpitch Headquarters is committed to protecting the privacy of our children. The collection of personal, academic and athletic information of players is essential to the recruiting process. Fastpitch Headquarters has implemented the following practices and guidelines:
No children under the age of 13 are allowed to become an individual member of Fastpitch Headquarters.
Children between the ages of 13 through 17 who wish to become an individual member of Fastpitch Headquarters must submit a signed Parental Consent Form (see below). FPHQ believes that parents should decide where and what their kids can post on the internet.
Teams submitting Team Player Profiles are not allowed to include players under the age of 13 in their submission unless the parents of the under 13 child submit the Parental Consent Form (see below). If an under 13 child is submitted on the Team Player Profile without the signed form, FPHQ will delete that player's information as soon as detected.
Tournaments submitting Tournament Player Profiles are not allowed to include players under the age of 13 in their submission unless the parents of the under 13 child submit the Parental Consent Form (see below). If an under 13 child is submitted on the Tournament Player Profile without the signed form, FPHQ will delete that player's information as soon as detected.
Parents who sign up for a parent membership and want to submit their daughter's profile for themselves do not need to send a parental consent form.
Therefore, if you are a minor 13 through 17 years of age, you MUST submit a Parental Consent form in order to have an active Player Membership with Fastpitch Headquarters.

If you are under 13 years of age and want your personal information to be included with your travel teams' profile in the team and/or tournament profile database submitted by your travel team, then you MUST submit a parental consent form.
