INFORMATION FOR TEAMS
The following information is for teams who are interested in, or who are planning on, attending our events.
List of Tournaments & Events
There are many tournaments and events hosted, sponsored, or marketed by FPHQ; some are showcases, some are Nationals, and some are specialty tournaments. Other events include camps, clinics and tradeshows. Get the complete list HERE.
General Information
Teams will find lots of interesting information regarding our events and the communities where they are held that will answer many of your questions. There are links to Convention and Visitors Bureaus and other informational links.
Hotel Information
Teams are REQUIRED to use our housing service for booking their hotels. Find information regarding the housing service, hotels offered, and the "Alternate Housing Fee".
Maps & Directions
If you need directions or maps to any of our parks, hotels or venues, all of that information is available for you to print right off the website. There are city street maps, area maps, park maps and hotel maps.
College Coaches Who Attend our Events
Get a printable copy of the list of college coaches who have submitted a RSVP for our showcase events. This will be updated 1 week prior to the event. Each tournament website also has a running list of coaches who have RSVPed. Keep in mind, that in addition to these coaches, there are over 1600 college coaches who have access to view the player profiles in the secure online database.
Player Profiles on FPDatabase
All teams attending any of our Signature Showcases, or our events with the showcase feature, need to make sure that their team player profile information has been entered into our online FPDatabase, and is kept up to date. Get instructions on "How to Submit Team Profiles". This is a FREE service.

General Recruiting Information
If you need recruiting information or want to learn how you can market your players to the college coaches, be sure to check out what services and information FPHQ has on its web site for you. All of the information is FREE to the players, their parents, and the teams. And there are some FREE services and some Premium services that can assist you with the recruiting challenge.
Rules for our Events
You always need to know the rules and regulations of our events. There are some interesting rules and unique applications with which the parents, coaches, players and umpires need to be familiar. Learn our cancellation and refund policies, and find out what you need to know before you play.
FPAlerts Communications
When you are attending one of our events, everyone on your team...coaches, players and parents...should sign up for the FREE text messaging and email messaging service provided by FPAlerts for that event. This is one of the ways that we communicate with teams, players, parents, and college coaches.
