Online Store Sales - Customer Service
Customer Service for all of the online tournament stores purchases is handled by Cafe Press. If you have questions about your purchases, refund inquiries, or delivery information, you can contact them via phone Monday - Saturday from 9am - 9pm EST Toll Free at 1-877-809-1659 or Local/International at 1-402-517-4480.
 
If you are needing assistance with your actual online tournament store, want to add graphics, or have other questions about your store account, please contact FPHQ at 954-540-7850 or via email at fpstores@fastpitchheadquarters.com.

FPCam Inquiries
If you are a tournament director interested in signing up for webcam broadcasts, contact Point of View Tournament Cam by going to their website at www.povtournamentcam.com.

Legal Issues and Concerns

If you witness a violation of Fastpitch Headquarters' Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Privacy Policy (especially children's protection issues), or know of a member who has inappropriately shared their access information to our database, please notify us immediately.

Parental Consent Issues
All players who are 13 years through 17 years of age are required to submit a Parental Consent Form before their membership is activated. Players who are under 13 year of age are not allowed to be members and may only be included in team and tournament profiles if a Parental Consent Form has been submitted. To get the form go to Parental Consents.
 
If you need to submit a Parental Consent Form, you can fax it to FPHQ at 954-252-9063 or you can email it as a file attachment to parentalconsent@fastpitchheadquarters.com.

Remove Listing Issues
College Coaches: If your email address has been published on our website and you wish to have it removed, please email us at: remove@fastpitchheadquarters.com and we will remove your email from the list.

Unsubscribe Issues
All members: if you do not want to receive newsletters or promotional emails from us, please go to your Member Area where you can unsubscribe to our newsletters. You also can email us at: unsubscribe@fastpitchheadquarters.com, and we will remove your email.
